SunRun is a huge corporation profiting almost a billion dollars a year. Third quarter 2021 revenue was reported to have increased by 117% compared to that of third quarter 2020. Executives make almost $5 million including stock options. They are a mega sales company selling a product solely based on the information they present to the buyer.
SunRun is also a corporation with alarmingly high numbers of customers who feel taken advantage of, misled, pushed and even lied to with the end results.
After discovering SunRun lease agreements contain a clause guaranteeing a certain amount of output further time was spent getting details. It was found verbiage clearly states SunRun will check output annually and refund customers for any deficiency in output. Networking followed and it was discovered that not one customer contacted was aware of that clause OR had ever received any contact/communication/refund with regards to any deficiency. It was reported that only upon customer inquiry and filing a request will a refund be considered.
